The Client, based in India, wanted to provide a recruitment hub, a marketplace for Job providers and Job Seekers. The organization provides white-collar and blue-collar job placements and hiring. The Company has its headquarters in Chennai with employee strength of approximately 80, operating through 3 offices in 10 cities across India.
Human resources recruitment needs to be smarter these days to get the right candidate in place at the right time. This is due increasing customer expectations on job roles and responsibilities. The pain point as realized by our customer is – Skilled people are unable to find suitable jobs and in turn the Organization is unable to find suitable candidates.
This match making is even more challenging in blue collared jobs. Aagnia proposed to build an engaging mobile and web-based job portal application wherein the employers and job seekers are mutually benefitted with time and cost savings.
The application is a two-sided marketplace of Job Seekers and Job Providers
I. Personalized job feeds: Optimized algorithms to find best matching jobs to candidates and help recruiters in finding the right candidate.
II. Structured Applicant tracking system, comprehensive web and mobile application to process job applications online which lowers costs to the organizations without any intermediate agencies.
