Client wanted to control the entire spinning process digitally which includes decentralization of the system and control unit installed locally on each machine. The data extracted has to be converted into useful insights for helping in the management decisions.
Challenge
Management needs to know the shifts in progress and accordingly the machine status, work order in progress, speed, production, efficiency, etc all in one dashboard. There are a range of detectors and sensors fitted to each machine and the data is critical to improving operational effectiveness.
